Test Analyst

Title: Test Analyst
Visa: Any but no GC, TN,CPT (PP number is mandatory to fetch I94)
Location: Springfield, IL (Hybrid, Travel likely at least 2x quarterly)
Duration: 1 year
Interview Type: Video (2 rounds)

(Must have:-Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) experience)


Qualifications include:

· Experience writing test scenarios and detailed test cases and scripts to be able to validate different combinations of business scenarios from user stories

· Experience testing web applications for functional components, business rules, validations, etc.

· Hands on experience using and configuring Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr) to create test cases, document status and outcomes of test execution, and create and maintain defects is preferred

· Hands on experience using AI Testing tools (e.g., Mabl, Testsigma, Katalon) in the creation and review of test cases is a plus

· Should have a good understanding of defect life cycle to track defects as applicable in the ALM tool

· Good understanding of Child Welfare business processes is a plus

· Hands on experience with all facets of the testing life cycle, including supporting UAT in the past and using a requirements traceability matrix to validate requirements coverage

· Expertise with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams)
