Immediate Hiring – Telecom Network Engineer (5G | Python | ML | Data Engineering)
📍 Location: Basking Ridge, NJ
We are hiring a Telecom Network Engineer with strong expertise in 5G Wireless Networks, Python, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering (PySpark) for a long-term opportunity.
🔹 Required Skills:
* Hands-on experience in 5G / RAN / Core network domains
* Strong proficiency in Python and Machine Learning techniques
* Experience in Data Engineering using PySpark, SQL, and Big Data platforms (Hadoop/Spark)
* Knowledge of OSS, NMS, EMS systems and network alarm analysis
* Experience with KPI tracking, SLA, MTTR, and network performance metrics
* Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Grafana
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze large-scale telecom network alarm data across multiple domains
* Develop ML models for alarm correlation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics
* Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and fault trend analysis
* Build and automate data pipelines and analytics workflows
* Design dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting
* Collaborate with NOC, Engineering, and Operations teams for issue resolution
