We are looking for an experienced Technician Manager to lead and support a team of biomedical equipment technicians. This role combines hands-on equipment repair (70–80%) with team leadership and operations management.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a team of biomedical technicians
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain ventilators, oxygen concentrators, and other respiratory equipment
• Assign work orders and monitor repair turnaround time
• Ensure quality standards, compliance, and documentation
• Manage parts inventory and support operational improvements

Must Have
✔ 5+ years of biomedical equipment repair experience
✔ Experience with ventilators and oxygen concentrators
✔ 2+ years of team leadership / supervisory experience
✔ Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for medical devices
