• Design SharePoint & web-based solutions for business processes
• Gather requirements, create user stories & documentation
• Perform comprehensive QA testing (workflow, system, edge cases)
• Collaborate with stakeholders & drive solution implementation
• Deliver training, support deployment & ensure quality control

✅ Required Skills (8+ years):
• Business Analysis in enterprise environments
• SharePoint design (lists, libraries, content types, workflows)
• QA testing & validation techniques
• Azure DevOps / TFS experience
• Strong communication, documentation & analytical skills
• Experience with Agile & SDLC

⭐ Nice to Have:
• Power BI / Power Apps
• ServiceNow experience
• Balsamiq Wireframes
• Knowledge of NCDOT business processes
