Technical Salesforce Business Analyst

Simple Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to support and improve Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud systems. The candidate will work with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, improve reports/dashboards, and support system integrations.
The role also involves user support, data quality management, UAT coordination, and documenting processes. The candidate should be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and helping teams adopt Salesforce solutions.
