The candidate will work with business and technical teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, improve reports/dashboards, and support system integrations.
The role also involves user support, data quality management, UAT coordination, and documenting processes. The candidate should be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and helping teams adopt Salesforce solutions.
