Technical Project Manager

• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively
• Ensure quality, performance, and timely delivery of projects
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in project management (with technical teams)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience managing technical or software development projects
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Asana
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)
• Technical background (development, cloud, or data engineering)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams
