Technical Project Manager / Solution Delivery Manager
Overview
The Platform Solution Management team is responsible for defining and delivering enterprise business solutions that support organizational and client needs. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and product delivery, partnering with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to drive enterprise solution delivery, roadmap execution, and process improvements.
The Technical Project Manager will lead complex enterprise technology initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of strategic programs in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale enterprise technical projects and programs
- Drive product and technology roadmap planning and execution
- Partner with business and technology teams to define solution vision, priorities, and delivery plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and external partners
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and resource allocation
- Facilitate Agile delivery processes and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Create workflow diagrams, process documentation, and data mapping artifacts
- Monitor project progress, resolve delivery issues, and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Support process improvements and establish project management best practices
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive software development priorities and solution delivery
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure strong communication and collaboration across business and technical teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience managing enterprise technical projects, programs, or solution delivery initiatives
- Strong experience leading complex software development and integration projects
- Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience working closely with business, product, and engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with project planning, risk management, and roadmap execution
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with workflow/process documentation and data mapping
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
