Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead with 8–10 years of experience leading large-scale enterprise programs ($5M+ budgets) in Agile environments.
Must Have:
5+ years leading full lifecycle Agile application development initiatives
Experience with .NET, Angular/React, Kafka, Kubernetes, and MS SQL
Strong experience with event-driven architecture
Deep Jira proficiency
Strong understanding of Agile and SDLC frameworks
Ability to actively contribute to technical discussions with architects and technology leads
Nice to Have:
Healthcare delivery experience
