Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (SAP & Enterprise Integration) to lead a major HR technology modernization initiative. The role involves decommissioning a legacy HR system, migrating data to SAP S/4HANA or ECC, and integrating SAP with internal applications through APIs and middleware.
🔑 Responsibilities
Lead decommissioning of legacy HR systems with compliance focus
Manage end-to-end SAP data migration using SAP tools and methods
Design and implement enterprise integration strategies
Oversee project plans, deliverables, timelines, and risk management
Coordinate with developers, analysts, SAP experts, and stakeholders
Communicate project milestones to leadership and agencies

Strong expertise in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors
Proven IT project leadership in large-scale implementations
Hands-on SAP data migration & enterprise integration experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement
Experience with business process analysis & requirements gathering
