Technical Project Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead full lifecycle decommissioning of a Microsoft tenant
• Manage migration of named email users to the target environment
• Oversee migration & remediation of service accounts and shared/mailbox accounts
• Coordinate transition of SharePoint sites, OneDrive data, and other O365 services
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk registers
• Partner with IT, Security, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security standards
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Provide executive-level reporting and status updates

🔹 Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Technical PM within Microsoft 365 environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft tenant migrations & decommissioning
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and O365 services
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional IT programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with identity management and service account transitions
