Technical Project Manager

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Track progress using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management (technical projects preferred)
• Strong understanding of software development and IT systems
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Experience managing cloud-based projects (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Background in software development or engineering
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
