Technical Project Manager

• Experience: 8–10 years in software development support, with at least 4 years specifically as a Technical Program Manager.
• Mobile Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of the Mobile App Development Lifecycle. You should know how an app is built, integrated, and launched (iOS/Android) without necessarily being a hands-on coder.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to navigate complex architectures, understand API dependencies, and leverage telemetry/observability tools (New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, Quantum Metric).
• Methodology: Expert-level proficiency in Agile and Kanban. You must be a "power user" of Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field is mandatory.
• Mindset: A self-starter who is "pragmatic but precise." You must be able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment.

Core Responsibilities

• System Integration & Alignment: Manage the technical roadmap for merging disparate organizational apps. You must understand how systems and sub-systems overlap to ensure seamless integration.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Drive work across various PCW teams including API development, Hosting, and Security. You are the "glue" that ensures all pieces of the puzzle fit together.
• End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Lead programs from initial estimation and budget alignment through to launch and post-production support.
• Ecosystem Management: Oversee the rollout of new features within the existing enterprise environment, ensuring all updates are synchronized across the mobile landscape.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide high-level transparency into program health, timelines, and technical risks to leadership
