Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Program Manager to oversee the Data area within the Customer Experience (CX) Domain under the leadership of Arijit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, budgeting, and resource allocation, with a proven ability to represent the domain to senior leadership. Experience with AWS and Snowflake technology stacks is essential, along with a solid foundation in Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
Lead program management efforts for the entire CX Data domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
Manage budgeting and resource allocation to optimize project delivery and operational efficiency.
Facilitate intake processes from business stakeholders, assessing available bandwidth and prioritizing initiatives accordingly.
Act as a key representative for the domain in discussions with senior leadership, providing updates and insights on program status and challenges.
Utilize AWS and Snowflake technologies to drive data related projects and initiatives.
Serve as a Scrum Master, guiding teams in Agile practices and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
Create and deliver engaging presentations to communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
Proven experience in program management within a technology focused environment.
• Strong budgeting and resource management skills.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements from a domain perspective.
• Ability to effectively represent the domain to senior leadership.
• Hands on experience with AWS Analytics.
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with Snowflake data warehousing solutions.
• Experience in the Customer Experience (CX) domain.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies beyond Scrum.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 5 years of relevant experience in program management, preferably in a technology or data focused role.
