Technical Product Owner

Work with engineering teams transitioning to a product-focused Agile model
Configure and customize applications for internal telesales agents selling Medicare products
Collaborate with vendor systems and internal tools (CRM, telephony, APIs, MongoDB, Salesforce)
📌 Required:
Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in software/product management with proven success across multiple releases
3+ years working with agent/sales enablement platforms or CRM tools
3+ years Agile Scrum experience
Ability to work Eastern US hours
💡 Preferred:
Health insurance / Medicare experience
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart)
Strong leadership, communication, and software development knowledge
