Candidates need to work on our W2.
•    Active opportunity focused on enhancements to a highly customized web platform and preparation for a future vendor platform migration. 
•    The environment is complex and heavily tailored, and the client will expect experienced, senior-level engineers who can ramp quickly and operate with limited documentation. 
•    We need hands-on senior engineers who have worked in complex enterprise systems. 
•    The work will span two parallel tracks: Supporting and enhancing the current, heavily customized implementation Preparing for a future vendor-governed platform migration The system is vendor-governed and certain design/data model changes require external approval. 
•    Candidates must be comfortable operating in controlled enterprise environments, following approval processes, and working with limited documentation. 
•     Domain / Environment Experience Insurance industry exposure (distribution, compensation, policy systems a plus) Experience in vendor-heavy ecosystems where design approvals are required Comfortable working in VDI / controlled enterprise environments Experience supporting and enhancing heavily customized systems.
