Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically minded product manager to build and maintain the Experience Availability Index, a dashboard that tracks Global Acquisition journey availability from the customer's point of view. This role will define metrics, coordinate instrumentation with SRE, and deliver reporting that gives leadership clear visibility into the health of our digital acquisition journeys.

How will you make an impact in this role?

In this role, you will execute the vision and strategy and deliver the roadmap for Application Experience Platform team under the Enterprise Acquisition Products and Platforms. You will lead a product vertical and manage a high-performing and nimble team of product owner/analysts, and partner with Technology, UX Design, Application Journey, Analytics, Risk, Compliance and Privacy stakeholders to deliver global and scalable capabilities and initiatives that will directly contribute to the success of our company.

You have a real passion for using technology to build user-centric solutions to challenging problems, for bold decision-making, and for digital innovation. You enjoy being challenged and being part of a collaborative, diverse, and inclusive team, and you seek every opportunity to learn.

Minimum Qualifications:

•       3+ years of product management experience shipping features that delight customers and users

•       Extensive experience in an Agile environment and with data products and platforms

•       Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to simplify complex ideas, navigate cross-functional teams and build relationships, influence decisions, and deliver on shared objectives

•       Demonstrated ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive incremental improvement

•       Ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity, and operate with a high degree of independence

•       Experience working in a regulated environment with an understanding of compliance, control, data governance and integrity processes is a plus

•       A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
