🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Systems Configuration
• Configure and maintain merchant account setups
• Manage ASIN setup and product catalog
• Create and localize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for multiple geographic markets
Project Management
• Create, audit, and maintain Jira tickets for the IFT team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Develop and maintain operational documentation (SOPs, RACI, risk reports)
• Source data and Amazon resources to support carrier contract negotiations for return shipping
Quality Assurance / UAT
• Develop and maintain test cases for platform functionality
