Technical Lead

🚀 Hiring: Technical Lead (Remote | Part-Time 4–5 Hours Daily)
We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who can wear two hats — lead a distributed team while being a strong individual contributor. This is a high-ownership role at a critical growth stage of an AI-first GovTech platform.
🔹 Developer Responsibilities
Build & ship features using Next.js 16 (App Router, TypeScript strict mode)
Design & maintain Drizzle ORM schemas on PostgreSQL (Neon)
Implement AI features via Claude API (resume parsing, JD matching, doc generation)
Own deployment on Vercel (pnpm + Turborepo monorepo)
Contribute to shared packages: @repo/ui, @repo/auth, @repo/database, @repo/permissions
🔹 Leadership Responsibilities
Coordinate 4+ external developers across parallel tracks
Write detailed CLI prompts & async handover packages
Enforce UI governance (6 UI states, semantic tokens, content-only pages)
Conduct code reviews (imports, security, responsiveness)
Track milestones & surface blockers to the founder
