🔎 *What We’re Looking For:*
We are seeking a highly skilled *Technical Lead Software Engineer* with strong expertise in *Java and AWS* to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, cloud-native applications and leading technical initiatives.

🛠️ *Required Skills:*
🔹 5–10 years of Software Engineering experience
🔹 Strong expertise in *Spring Boot, JEE, Hibernate, JPA, IoC/DI*
🔹 Hands-on experience with *AWS infrastructure & services*
🔹 Experience with *JBoss/WildFly servers*
🔹 Strong knowledge of *design patterns & best practices*
🔹 Database experience: *MSSQL, MySQL/Aurora, DynamoDB*
🔹 Frontend exposure to *React.js or ExtJS*-
