Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Snowflake to lead the design, development, and optimization of modern data platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, data engineering, and cloud technologies, along with proven leadership experience in guiding teams and delivering scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Snowflake-based data warehouse solutions
• Architect and optimize data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data strategies
• Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring best practices
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency in Snowflake
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards
• Work with cross-functional teams including BI, analytics, and DevOps
• Support data migration from legacy systems to Snowflake
• Oversee code reviews, deployments, and release processes

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Snowflake (architecture, development, optimization)
• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, dbt, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong understanding of data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, etc.)
• Experience in performance tuning and cost optimization
