Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary:
 Seeking a Technical Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to support requirement gathering, process re-engineering, and solution delivery for enterprise financial and transaction systems. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to define business processes, create user stories, and support Agile development using Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements, document process flows, user stories, and service blueprints
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and translate requirements into technical solutions
Support Agile lifecycle, testing (UAT), and implementation activities
Work across financial domains including billing, payments, reconciliation, and reporting
Collaborate with development teams and maintain documentation in ADO
Required Skills:
Strong BA experience in SDLC & Agile environments
Experience with Azure DevOps, SQL/Excel, and process modeling
Exposure to CRM (Microsoft CE preferred), ERP (SAP S/4HANA), or data migration (ETL)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
