Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead (AI / GenAI) to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-driven solutions. This role will focus on building scalable GenAI and Agentic AI applications leveraging LangChain to transform and automate key stages of the investment lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will drive innovation, enhance decision-making capabilities, and enable intelligent automation across deal sourcing, due diligence, structuring, monitoring, and exit processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of AI/GenAI solutions using LangChain frameworks
• Design and implement Agentic AI systems for workflow automation and decision support
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Build and optimize LLM-based applications for enterprise use cases
• Drive end-to-end AI lifecycle: design, development, deployment, and monitoring
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of AI platforms
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, ensuring best practices and code quality
• Stay updated with latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI frameworks

Required Skills

• Strong experience in LangChain and GenAI ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks
• Experience building Agentic AI / autonomous workflows
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Expertise in system design and scalable architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Private Equity / Investment lifecycle domain
• Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
