Teamcenter Test Lead / QA Lead (Plm)

🚀 Hiring: Teamcenter Test Lead / QA Lead (PLM)
We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter QA/Test Lead with strong expertise in PLM testing and upgrade projects.
🔹 Key Requirements:
5–10+ years of experience in Teamcenter (PLM)
5–8+ years in test planning, strategy, design & execution
Strong experience in Teamcenter testing & upgrade testing
Ability to work closely with Siemens developers and define test strategies/schedules
Experience in functional, integration, automation & performance testing
Strong defect management & reporting (dashboards/metrics)
🔹 Responsibilities:
Design and execute test cases based on business requirements
Lead test strategy for upgrades and releases
Mentor team in breaking down high-level scenarios into detailed test cases
Manage test cycles (functional, regression, integration, performance)
Track defects and provide visibility through reports/dashboards
📍 Onsite: Lisle IL - 4 days/week
