Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize engineering and product development processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Support Teamcenter implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Conduct user training, documentation, and process workshops.
- Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and IT.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure system performance and usability.
- Support integration with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CAD, and MES.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in PLM consulting or functional roles.
- Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter.
- Deep understanding of PLM business processes such as product structure, change management, and configuration management.
- Experience with workflow configuration and lifecycle management in Teamcenter.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Strong knowledge of engineering and product development processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Teamcenter integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of Teamcenter modules such as BOM Management, Change Management, and Document Management.
- Experience supporting Teamcenter implementations or migrations.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Exposure to Teamcenter Active Workspace.
