🔹 Key Requirements:
✔️ 12+ years of overall IT experience
✔️ Strong hands-on experience with HP NonStop / Tandem systems
✔️ Proficiency in COBOL, TAL, TACL, Pathway, Enscribe
✔️ Solid experience in financial services / banking domain
✔️ Experience with payment processing systems is a plus
✔️ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Tandem-based applications
• Work closely with business and technical teams
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Support production issues and enhancements
