Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Systems Analyst with 10+ years of experience in system analysis and design within large, complex business environments. This is an onsite, contract-based role.

Must Haves:
Expertise in reverse engineering physical data models and creating ERDs and metadata reports
Full SDLC experience: Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation
Experience gathering business requirements, running JAD sessions, and translating them into technical specifications
Strong background in multi-dimensional and relational databases, system integration, and QA/testing (unit, integration, UAT)
Knowledge of TRA (Threat/Risk Assessment) processes and architecture artifacts
Familiarity with OPS standards, GO-ITS, and AODA/WCAG accessibility compliance

Key Responsibilities:
Provide senior technical expertise and project leadership across all project cycles
Develop, implement, and maintain diverse cost-effective I&IT solutions
Guide feasibility studies, cost analyses, and acquisition of software/hardware solutions
Coach and direct junior analysts in SDLC practices
Ensure solutions align with business goals, enterprise standards, and accessibility compliance
