Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows Server administration, networking protocols, file-sharing technologies, and cloud platforms. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, security, and performance across enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Manage and support Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016 infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and related networking services.
• Manage file-sharing services including Samba/CIFS.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
• Troubleshoot server, network, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Support cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
