Survey Project Manager

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
▪ Develop scopes, cost proposals & negotiate contracts
▪ Manage budgets, schedules & resources
▪ Build and maintain client relationships
▪ Lead, mentor & develop survey teams
▪ Ensure quality control across project lifecycle
▪ Collaborate with clients & internal stakeholders

🔹 Requirements:
✔ 10+ years of land surveying experience
✔ Arizona Registered Land Surveyor (Required)
✔ Strong knowledge of PLSS & Arizona Boundary Survey Standards
✔ Experience with ALTA/NSPS standards & municipal requirements
✔ Proficiency in Trimble Business Center & AutoCAD Civil 3D
✔ Strong leadership & communication skills
