🔎 Key Requirements:
* Strong hands-on experience with SSIS
* Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) & SSIS orchestration
* Solid SQL Server / T-SQL skills
* Experience with Azure data services (Azure SQL, Data Lake, Storage)
* Strong ETL, data pipeline troubleshooting & performance tuning
* Experience in cloud & hybrid data integration
* Good communication skills (must have LinkedIn profile)
⭐ Nice to Have:
* SSIS to ADF migration experience
* Azure Synapse / Databricks exposure
* CI/CD with Azure DevOps / Git
* Power BI or analytics experience
