Sr_Peoplesoft_Hcm_Consultant

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks
• Perform system testing, data validation, and deployment activities
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and data security standards
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field
• 6+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft HCM
• Strong knowledge of HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor)
• Experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode
• Hands-on experience with SQL and database technologies (Oracle preferred)
• Experience in system implementation, upgrades, and support
• Strong understanding of HR business processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI
• Knowledge of Integration Broker, Web Services, and APIs
• Familiarity with reporting tools like SQR, nVision, or BI Publisher
• Experience with cloud migrations or hybrid environments
• PMP or relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience in Agile or hybrid project methodologies
