#Hiring: Site Reliability Engineer (Business Operations / SRE)
Location: O’Fallon, MO (Hybrid/Onsite)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical financial platforms.
This is not just a support role — this is about engineering reliability, automation, and resilience at scale.

What You’ll Do:
* Own production stability, performance & availability of applications
* Partner with Dev & Product teams to ensure production readiness
* Drive automation & CI/CD improvements to reduce manual effort
* Lead incident management, triage & root cause analysis
* Implement monitoring, alerting & observability (Splunk, Dynatrace)
* Define and improve SLOs, system resilience & recovery
* Enable zero-downtime deployments & scalable architectures

What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in SRE / DevOps / Production Engineering roles
* Strong understanding of cloud environments & distributed systems
* Hands-on with monitoring tools, CI/CD pipelines & automation
* Knowledge of event-driven architecture & system reliability practices
* Familiarity with ITSM processes (INC, CRQ, Problem Management)
* Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
