Sr Workday Developer

• Implement and maintain Workday business processes (BPs) and workflows.
• Collaborate with functional teams (HR, Payroll, Finance) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and system issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
• Document technical designs, integrations, and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Workday development.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
• Strong experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials modules.
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, web services (SOAP/REST), and APIs.
• Experience with Workday security and business process frameworks.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with version control and deployment processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Integration, HCM, or Financials).
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Workday Extend.
• Knowledge of cloud integration platforms or middleware tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to reporting tools and data analytics.
