Sr. Sailpoint Fam Sr. Developer

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ and File Access Manager (FAM) solutions
• Develop and customize workflows, rules, connectors, and policies in SailPoint
• Manage file access governance across unstructured data platforms
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems (AD, LDAP, HR systems, databases)
• Monitor and manage access certifications, provisioning, and de-provisioning processes
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and policy enforcement
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues
• Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers

💻 Required Skills

SailPoint Expertise:

• Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint File Access Manager (FAM)
• Workflow development, rule customization, and debugging

Identity & Access Management:

• Identity lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)
• Access certification and governance
• RBAC, ABAC, and policy management

Integration & Technologies:

• Integration with Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, REST APIs
• Java/BeanShell scripting for SailPoint customization
• XML, JSON

Security & Compliance:

• Knowledge of IAM frameworks and standards
• Experience with SOX, GDPR, HIPAA compliance (as applicable)

☁️ Preferred Skills

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices
