Hiring: Sr. Ruby on Rails Developer

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to lead the integration of a newly acquired Ruby on Rails product with an existing Java-based platform. This role involves strong technical leadership and collaboration across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end integration between Ruby on Rails and Java platforms
• Define integration architecture, roadmap, and long-term strategy
• Act as the technical bridge between RoR and Java teams
• Recommend scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve cross-platform integration challenges

Required Skills:
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and Java
✔ Expertise in System Integration, Microservices, APIs, and Cloud Platforms
✔ Experience designing scalable architecture and integration frameworks
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
✔ Exposure to AI tools for productivity or design optimization (Nice to Have)
