Required Skills & Experience
5–10+ years of hands‑on QA automation experience.
· Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
· Deep experience with Selenium WebDriver, Tosca, UFT, or equivalent tools.
· Proven ability to build scalable automation frameworks and reusable components.
· Solid API testing experience (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
· Experience with CI/CD, Git, and test management tools (qTest, Jira, Azure DevOps).
· Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
· Ability to work independently in an onshore role with full ownership of deliverables.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
