Role: Sr Project Mgr & Scrum Master - Customer Engagement

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on project management & Scrum Master skills - at least 5 years of experience managing complex IT efforts.
Management of large teams with members working in multiple locations.
Experience structuring work into various work streams within a large project and managing multiple IT projects concurrently.
Strong applied use of PM & Scrum tools/techniques (planning, risk management, budgeting, cost control, assessment, software/SaaS acquisition/RFP, development & management of Jira board, Scrum ceremonies, etc.).
Experience with vendor contracts and vendor management.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), English-language skills, facilitation skills, etc. and ability to represent work at all levels of the organization (up to Executive levels).
Excellent people skills – developing strong relationships, building a trusting team environment, and ability to listen & translate into actionable plans.
