Sr. Pega Developer

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality, scalable Pega applications
Implement best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding
Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into solutions
Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring successful project delivery
Conduct code reviews and maintain coding/UI standards
Manage system performance, capacity, and recovery processes
Troubleshoot complex technical issues
Handle deployments, integrations, and enhancements
Maintain technical documentation and stay updated with Pega advancements
🔹 Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong experience with Pega 8.x
Expertise in Pega system scaling and integrations
Solid understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
