Sr. Mdm Analyst

Role: Sr. MDM Analyst
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Skills:
Provide Level 3 production support for MDM systems (e.g.| Informatica).Act as the primary contact for identifying| diagnosing| and resolving production incidents related to MDM| data quality| and syndication to downstream systems.
Work under strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to troubleshoot and fix data-related issues| including failed batch jobs| data loading errors| and user-reported bugs.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring production incidents and implement permanent| proactive fixes to prevent reoccurrence.
