What you’ll do (Hunter role)
• Win MSP staffing business and supplier/vendor onboarding across the USA.
• Leverage relationships with major MSPs such as KellyOCG, Allegis Global Solutions, and similar ecosystems.
• Build healthcare MSP business (e.g., AMN Healthcare ecosystem and related VMS/MSP programs).
• Expand into light engineering / engineering services programs (e.g., LTTS ecosystem).
• Own pipeline: discovery → proposal → MSA/vendor setup → live requisitions → starts.
• Partner internally to ensure fulfilment SLAs, compliance, reporting and growth.

Must-have experience
• 7–12+ years staffing sales with real MSP/VMS exposure (Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.).
• Proven record of MSA/vendor onboarding wins and converting programs into starts.
• Strong MSP program-office + procurement selling capability.
• Existing relationships in MSP/healthcare staffing ecosystems.
