Sr. IAM Engineer

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in identity management and authentication solutions, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Auth0.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in configuring and implementing Auth0 features, including SSO, MFA, and social login.
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Auth0 certification(s).
• Experience with other identity and access management (IAM) platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience in a client-facing role or working in a consulting environment.
