Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with the client
Work with DXD (and possibly architects, devs, and broader team) to define overall structure, design, and requirements of a new portal for some of the client's customers, which will replace some of the functionality of one of their legacy systems
Update a preliminary backlog that was drafted during a 2-week discovery phase
Define requirements to support the user stories identified (e.g. business rules, system logic, any UI behaviour to support DXD materials, acceptance criteria, etc.)
Update or create any process diagrams (BPMN 2.0), state diagrams, etc. as needed to capture requirements
Possibly work with dev team to clarify or further refine requirements during development
Possibly perform QA on developed user stories, or support a separate QA team
Possibly run sprint demos for client to collect feedback
