Sr. Full Stack Java Lead

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate full‑stack development efforts across onshore and offshore teams
Design, develop, and deploy Java-based microservices
Collaborate in a fast‑paced, Agile environment to deliver high‑quality solutions
Guide teams on best practices in architecture, CI/CD, and cloud-native development

✅ Mandatory Skills & Proficiency Requirements
7+ years of full‑stack development with a strong focus on Java
Deep expertise in Spring Boot & Microservices Architecture
Proven experience leading and coordinating onshore/offshore teams
Extensive Kafka experience, including Kafka Connect
AI competency (applied knowledge or integration experience)
Front-end expertise: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular
Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
Strong experience in RESTful API design & integrations
NoSQL databases: MongoDB or Amazon DocumentDB
Caching technologies: Redis
CI/CD tools: Harness
Monitoring & logging: Splunk
Agile tools & practices: Jira
Cloud platforms: AWS
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
