Sr. Data Engineer

🚀 We’re Hiring: Sr. Data Engineer (Hybrid) (W2 Only)
📍 Location: Charlotte, NC / Plano, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
⏳ Duration: 12–18 Months Contract
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in Data Engineering and Financial Crimes / AML data platforms. This role involves working across the full data lifecycle including design, development, data modeling, pipeline development, and CI/CD automation while collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain data applications supporting financial crimes technology initiatives
• Work closely with business partners to define and refine system requirements
• Perform data sourcing, analysis, and data modeling for large-scale AML monitoring and surveillance datasets
• Build and optimize data pipelines and provisioning models
• Participate in the full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support change management activities
• Collaborate with production support, platform teams, and upstream/downstream application teams
