Job Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst will support large-scale HRIS and Payroll migration initiatives, ensuring federal compliance, data accuracy, and smooth system transitions. This role works closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and compliance teams to manage requirements, support testing, and deliver post-migration documentation.
Key Responsibilities (Short)
- Gather and manage federally compliant HRIS & Payroll requirements
- Support HRIS/Payroll system migration, data mapping, and validation
- Document As-Is / To-Be processes, system configurations, and procedures
- Assist with UAT, parallel payroll testing, and audit readiness
- Act as liaison between HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and compliance teams
Key Skills & Requirements (Highlights)

- Federal Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge
- Requirements Documentation (BRD, FRD, Traceability Matrix)
- Payroll, Benefits & Timekeeping Systems

- Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
· Experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle HCM, ADP (preferred)
