🔎 Project Overview
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
This role will support multiple Louisiana state agencies by delivering secure, scalable, and compliant low-code solutions that enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI
Build and manage data models, business rules, and security roles across on-prem and cloud RDBMS
Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable technical solutions and frameworks
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external APIs
Implement governance frameworks including RBAC, DLP policies, and environment strategies (Dev/Test/Prod)
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and regulatory standards
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews
Evaluate and implement new capabilities such as Copilot Studio and conversational AI solutions
