• Healthcare insurance domain expertise – strong understanding of health insurance operations and regulations.
• Healthcare claims experience – hands on knowledge of claims processing, workflows, and data.
• Agile delivery experience – proven ability to work in Agile teams, supporting sprint planning, refinement, and UAT.
• Strong written communication – clear, concise documentation of requirements, user stories, and business rules.
