SQL Developer

• Analyze and improve database performance and query efficiency.
• Work closely with application developers and data teams to support data needs.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes for data integration.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
• Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Document database designs, processes, and standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7+ years of experience as an SQL Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, joins, indexing, performance tuning).
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Knowledge of database design, normalization, and data modeling.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with cloud databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL).
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Shell).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
