•             Experience managing the creation of workflows (playbooks) in Service Now and creation of Security Incident workflows. We are utilizing service now as a "Security incident management tool". More specifically… 
•             Playbooks and Process Automation (Automate cross-enterprise workflows in a single, unified process using Playbooks in Agent Workspace and Process Automation Designer) 
•             Security Incident Response (SIR) (common implementation of technical aspects, and various processes needed to effectively manage a Security Incident Response implementation workflow).
