Solution Engineer

What We’re Looking For

• Strong telecom background in inventory, workflow, and service provisioning
• Hands-on experience with Fiber networks (required)
• Practical experience with TMF frameworks or knowledge of ordering systems including the development of APIs between the ordering system and inventory system (required)
• Experience supporting large-scale carrier networks (Tier-1 preferred)
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured user stories
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tier-1 carrier
• Exposure to OSS/BSS platforms
• Cloud-native or hybrid infrastructure experience

This role is ideal for a senior telecom Solution Engineer who understands how carrier networks operate end-to-end and can design scalable, resilient solutions aligned to business needs.
