Solution Architect

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture roadmaps
• Define application architecture, integration strategy, security model, and deployment approach
• Work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment
• Evaluate technology stacks, frameworks, and cloud strategies across projects
• Design microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and enterprise integrations
• Ensure performance, scalability, availability, and security best practices
• Lead architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making
• Support DevOps, CI/CD, cloud migration, and modernization initiatives
• Mentor technical teams and guide best practices across delivery programs

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong experience in enterprise application architecture and solution design
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed systems
• Experience with backend technologies such as Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of databases including Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL platforms
• Familiarity with containers using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
• Knowledge of security frameworks, IAM, OAuth, and enterprise compliance standards
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 10–15+ years of IT experience
• 4–8+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles
